Do we need new hardware or a new BMS?
No. Edviro reads the meters, building management system, and utility bills you already have. Where a site has no interval meter, metering can be added later.
Does Edviro change setpoints or schedules on its own?
No. Edviro proposes the change and tests it against how the building behaved before. Your team approves it before anything is sent to the BMS.
Can Edviro replace our CMMS?
Yes. Edviro has native work orders, asset records, inspections, and mobile field workflows. You can also keep your CMMS and connect it. Integration scope is confirmed system by system.
How is this different from an energy audit?
